Stuffed Grilled Chicken

    Skinless Chicken breast, slit the side about 1" deep.

    [SIZE=-1] Prosciutto.[/SIZE], one slice.

    Coat [SIZE=-1]prosciutto[/SIZE] with ground mustard,[SIZE=-1] mozzerala[/SIZE] cheese, chopped basil leaves.

    roll up from the small end and place inside chicken breast. Couple toothpicks to keep closed and grill. Nice.

    sounds good ... you reckon I can get prosciutto in Gastonee, or am I going to have to use a salamander?

    Well you will have to pronounce the 'o' in prosciutto. If you go to Myers Park it is just 'prociutt'.

    Warning, the prociutto is salty, don't add any additional salt. I might even try a sweet glaze on the chicken next time.
