    Still sucks. Monday, nice lush green lawn, today, freaking ugly ass brown patches everywhere. Sprayed it with a fungicide but that'll take at least a couple of weeks to work, if it works at all. Oh well.

    do you water your lawn often? do you water it at night or early morning?

    I water one inch once a week since we haven't been getting much rain around here. I have a timer so I water usually very early in the morning. I have a feeling Chemlawn is to blame. They put fertilizer down a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure that shouldn't be done in the middle of the freaking summer. High nitrogen plus heat/humidity/water is what brown patch thrives on. I'll have to wait and see if the fungicide works. I'll see about getting a pic later today

    Chem Lawn is a joke. You can do everything they do with 10 minutes of research and 1/4 the money.

    If your irrigation system doesn't have a rain sensor try getting one. They only cost $150-200 I think but save your lawn from over-watering. It will also pay for itself on your water bill.
