If this team is going to have a HALL OF FAME/RING OF HONOR/STATUE PLAZA OUTSIDE OF BOA STADIUM, then it needs to be for players who had outstanding, not just good, careers (see Dallas Cowboys). Pro Bowl appearances would help greatly. You don't have to lead your team to a Super Bowl, but you need to have some seasons where folks can look back and say 'Man, __________ was a stud back in _________!!!!'

THE BOTTOM LINE: Minter was good, but not great. Nyet on the statue

The PSL Owners statue is almost ready, they just need to decide between white wine or red and which types of cheese on the cheese board. It's two well dressed couples sitting and chatting quietly amongst themselves, oblivious to the game.

Kasey gets a statue before Minter does. If it's based on time and snaps, then Hankton played special teams almost every snap for as long as Minter was here.

Statue's should be based on a little more or else we will get 50 years down the road and nobody will know any of the statues. A statue should be saved for a truely outstanding individual. I wouldn't even give an individual on the 78 Steelers a statue. How do you choose just one? Sam Mills was different and he was taken too soon, but if he had not been, then even he shouldn't get a statue. It's not like we have a Walter Payton, Reggie White or Ronnie Lott. Now those guys deserve statues.

Those guys have a truck load of Pro Bowl appearances. Mike Minter was third alternate last year. Thanks for the job you did and the way you led by example but no to anything other than a small ceremony before a game this year

Rucker would be more deserving and I don't think he qualifies either
