    I love Minter and all that he has done for this team. But if he isn't one of the best 2 safetys that we have, he should be sitting on the bench.

    Minter may have lost a step but given the crap we have at safety he is still one of the two best. Minter and Harris should at least be decent. Lets hope they stay healthy.

    he's a John Fox guy now

    last safety we had that was athletic - help me out...who? I'd say Grant but he was more the ballhawk with size and speed, but it's not like he was a 4.4 guy...Minter was, ten years ago. The rest? Not like they were huge athletic guys.

    I don't have anything else on Harris. Don't want to mislead y'all, I don't have anything inside here.


    Plus, I found this looking around - that someone took the time to record Madden is awful. Plus Hester can't hit like this.

    He's not fast, but he seems to get himself in position to make plays. Not a great addition, but he has experience. Better an overachiever than an underachiver.

    Still, he's a stop-gap player...not even a poor mans Marlon McCree.
