I agree up to a point. The teams they played late in the year were either beaten by a good team or where too stupid to let Wake sneak up on them.

They play in the ACC they will have more than 20 wins. Duke will win 3 games. Thad Lewis is actually pretty good. Tar Heels have a good shot at a bowl. State will win 7 games, make a bad bowl and lose it. Wake will have 7 or 8. Riley Skinner is a very good young QB.

Can't see Wake winning 7 games this fall. Last year was great for the Deacs but they got some breaks. If they get to 7 or 8 wins this year then Grobe is as great a coach as you can find anywhere. Come to think of it, he may be anyway.

While I think Duke will definately be a better team this year, I don't epxect that to translate to the win column.

They play the 9th toughest schedule in the nation.

3 wins would be great. I expect 1 or 2.

Most of that "difficulty" comes from four games: at Notre Dame, at FSU, at Miami, and then home against Virginia Tech. They should have a solid chance against Connecticut, Virginia, Northwestern, Navy, Wake Forest, and UNC. I'm not sure about Clemson and Georgia Tech.

How in the world do you expect UNC to improve THAT much? They were TERRIBLE last year. They don't even have a QB yet...do they? Didn't they lose a ton of experience as well? Maybe in this case, that's a good thing. I still say they win 4.

Carolina will play a lot better, but the schedule is not helpful, so I don't expect many wins much less a bowl appearance.

I read what you said. I was reponding to the other poster. I would think the coaching will be much better. They still have a rough schedule...and need time to get some players.

I think I might take a shot on OVER 15. I just thought 20 was asking too much.

No way Wake wins that many games again. -3, 7 wins

O'Brien is a better coach than Amato. Better win in Greenville. +2 - maybe more, 5-6 wins

Davis is better than Bunting but the schedule sucks moose cock. Better win in Greenville too. (even), 3 wins

Duke had better beat UConn. Catching N'western and UVA on the road hurts. They won't touch Navy. I'll count on them to maybe catch an in-state team. +(1-2 max)

Edited because my dumbass couldn't add earlier.

I agree with everthing except I see the Tarheels winning more than 3 games. Butch might even get them to 6 wins but I'll take 5. You are right Greenville holds a lot of importance for some ACC schools. Ask Chuck Amato, you lose there and your ass is fired.
