    Rocked. Not as good as the play, but still really really good. The lead actress is 17 with no prior acting experience besides performing in high school musicals (not High School Musical) and they just found her in a Coldstone Ice Cream shop one day. She was real impressive. Gotta love a movie that involves Walken singing and dancing

    The young girl that plays Tracy was amazing. I loved Michelle Phiefer- didn't care much for John Travolta and his fake Baltimore accent.

    I didn't like Travolta that much either but Nicki Blonsky was incredible. Can't believe this was her first movie ever. I also liked the black guy. Elijah something. He really stood out.

    yeah. I never saw the original Waters production though (only 4 when it came out), but I saw it on Broadway and I thought it was incredible and it set the bar real high for me with this movie, and I thought they delivered pretty much on point. It was a hell of a lot better than Rent.
