My grandma has challenged me and i MUST show her up!

See, Her family or it's my grandpa's family is having a reunion in August. She was complaining that only a few women will be doing ALL the cooking. And all the guys have to do is show up or at best bring sodas or plates or napkins- all the easy stuff. I told her i could make something and she just laughed. so now i want to show her up.

So, you got any reunion type stuff that's easy but a big hit?

Can you bake? How many people? Other people going to bring desserts?

Here's a good one. I have made it before. A bit rich.

Bake a chocolate cake. (just an off the shelf box.)
Mix two boxes of chocolate pudding.
Cut the cake into 2 inch squares.
Place a layer of cake into a punch bowl.
Add a layer of Chocolate pudding.
Add a layer of Cool Whip
Sprinkel with chopped up Heath Bars.
Repeat. Put it in the fridge overnight.

It's easy to increase. It's easy to change. (Such as, Peanut Butter Cups instead of Heath Bars.)

    My ex-girlfriend's famouns dip.

    One can refried beans
    One can blcak beans
One bag montery jack shredded cheese
    One can salsa
    One small can green chilli's

    Get a 8x8 dish.

First layer is refried, second black, third salsa, fourth cheese, fifth chilli's.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes covered with tinfoil.

Eat with beer and blue corn chips.
