Well, I want to find a horror movie that's actually scary. If anybody knows of one, let me know.

it's hard to find them cuz people confuse gory with scary. one that comes to mind is "the changeling". there's a really scary bit at the beginning of "the haunting of julia" but i don't remember the movie being all that scary. as a kid "the other" was really disturbing, but i honestly can't remember even seeing it at this point.

Its hard to be scared by horror flick when you get older. While alot of movies will have a scene that might give you a surprise, its hard for them to hold the suspense and belief for the entire movie that you had as a child, at least thats the way i find them.

However, im constantly told about an Asian movie called "Audition" (1999) which ive never gotten around to seeing.

This one scared me really bad, and I'm grown. If you watch it alone like I did, you won't sleep for about 2 days.
