    It is almost that time of year. The time when my parents come to visit me, bring a huge sack of home grown maters, and I proceed to have mater sammiches, with cheese and mayo, maybe a little salt and pepa, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for the next month. The mater sammich is way underappreaciated and I thank the lovely plu for giving it the repsect it needs. I'll post pictures soon.

    Had two sammiches with the first ripe one on the plant tonight. Honey wheat bread, pepper and lots of Duke's and juicy mater... delicious!
