adding Beason and Jarrett to Madden

you can do it using create a player and following the instructions on this thread to fill in the ratings, appearance, and equipment categories. I've asked the guy that started the thread to give me info on the rest of our picks as well.

 

If you're talking regular XBox, you can download a roster update from operationsports.com, which has every rookie from Jon Beason to CJ Wilson.

It also gets you to a version of next year's schedule (it has the same opponents, just reshuffled). The guy who made it even erased the fired coaches. You'll need to register, and then go to the Madden forum and "roster updates".

Not sure about 360, but I believe they have an update as well.

 

My brother and I play a game every week. We're 1-5 right now.
Jarrett has been sucking so bad that we had to go sign Eric Moulds. Beason is nice, though. Kalil kinda sucks, as does Rosario, but Tim Shaw is suprisingly good.

 

I always end up radically restructuring the roster, which is why I now have Ferguson, Hawk, Cutler, and Davin Joseph on the team in addition to some other recent draftees and free agents. I did think it was amusing that Keyshawn retired in '07 on my franchise.

 

Ya'll know 08 comes out in 2 months right. I don't really see where going back and restarting my Dynasty which is 10 years old is worth it to add a few rookies.

I actually like to keep the roster relatively close to what it is in real life, just to see what I can do with it. I even have Gaines as the starting TE, and Salley was starting until it was just too goddamn awful to watch. So I ended up moving Gamble to FS and Minter back to SS.

 

B&B, if it wouldn't be too much trouble could you go in under rosters and get me the following on our remaining picks:

under Appearance
1. skin color
2. hair color
3. hair style
4. face (the number showing)
5. tatoos

under Ratings
left column top to bottom (just the numbers there in order)
right column top to bottom (same here)

I have the info on height, weight, age, and school already and I'm not really worried with equipment.
