I had my two bottom wisdom teeth taken out when I was a freshman in college. I started having pain in my upper teeth about a month ago. I thought it was due to a filling I had put in and also my dentist filed down some teeth that weren't fitting right. I have a dental appt on Thursday, but tonight my right upper jaw hurts like hell! Even an ice pack isn't helping any. Only reason I think it's my upper wisdom teeth is I feel something poking through on the right side. Anyone got any good drugs I can try?? Only thing I have is tylenol!!!

what you need is ibuprofen. Take four and the tooth ache will be gone. For a few hours anyway.

I decided a couple years ago when I had a monstrous tooth ache that ibuprofen was a miracle drug. As long as I kept taking it the pain would stay gone.

I woke up during getting my four taken out. That kinda sucked. I was kinda aware of what was going on, before that.
Puked a quart of blood once I was conscious enough again.

Since nobody's done it so far, hope you feel better soon. Get that shit looked at.

My surgery getting the two lower ones out was not bad. I felt no pain. The recovery was rough though. My jaw ached for a couple of weeks.

It's helped so I'll continue to take it until tomorrow morning at least until my dentist can give me some good medicine until I can get into the surgical dentist.
