    Have you ever considered this philosophy when you post in the politics forum? I'm not trying to insult or flame you in any way, but I think you tend to get marginalized there. I like the philosophy of spreading the word without judging, or coming across as someone others (in this case non Christians) are going to judge in a way that takes away from the point.

    I just don't think gay people got up one morning and decided to be gay. Homosexuality as a sin implies choice, which I disagree with.

    Sexual acts I can certainly find common ground with anyone on the matter of sin.

    Engaging in homosexual sex under any circumstances is sin, that much is clearly laid out in the bible. One could argue it is not a sin to have urges but only to act on them. That holds true for all sins though.

    If the writer was under the presumption that homosexuality is a choice, certainly. I realize we're getting into another argument with biblical translation, but I tend to put aside a lot of things in the Bible that just don't make sense to me. I suppose one could do that with just about everything in it, but faith isn't a bad thing.
