that document appears to be lost.

he was on some sort of vaccination regime. before they went into the hatch, they show desmond doing his daily routine which included injections. i think when he was down there with that other guy, they were all paranoid about going outside and stuff. maybe it's resolved - yet another mind game that turned out to be fake. i dunno.

no the polar bears are different. i think they were part of the dharma initiative research. didn't they kill one? i don't remember.

i dunno. i think they numbers are dead. but certainly, they aren't as prominent as they used to be. it used to be that every number that came up was connected to them.

we'll see.

WTF??? So, I'm thinking the others are the survivors of the Black Rock. Don't know what to make of the whole Jacob thing. That shit was wacked.

* jacob wasn't born on the island. which means he lies. why does he lie? to manipulate. roussou said it right off the bat about ben: "he lies. don't believe a word he says."

at first i thought gunpowder -- like a big fuse. no, i think maybe metal. maybe it's the smoke monster when jacob's not controlling it with electromagnetic force.

 

also learned

* richard hasn't age a bit in, what, 25 years?

* ben's dad was "roger work man" from hurley's hippie van.

* ben killed his dad. probably has something to do with why he wanted locke to off his pops.

* locke won't die. they foreshadowed his/the island's healing powers with mikael's comment a couple of episodes back about the parachute girl being able to heal quickly and locke's hand healing after his dad bit him. maybe jacob helps him.

* ben saw his dead mother. jack saw his dead father. didn't hurley see the dead girlfriend? kate saw her dead dad (?) that turned into a horse. no, wait -- hurley saw his dead asylum friend.

 

Looks like a frilly shirt...like something that would have been worn on the Black Rock back in the day.
