ok, so my oatmeal breakfast wore off damn quick. i headed straight for Bucko's at noon and got the flounder sammich special for 2.75........a pair of 'em. then around 2 o'clock the tartar sauce was leaving a bad aftertaste and i dislodged it with a nutty buddy and a bottle of water.

I have been eating a lot of sprouted nuts lately. Hahaha don't laugh! They are really good for you! check this link: http://www.jigsawhealth.com/articles.aspx?m=article&articleID=107. They have been soaked in saltwater until they just begin to sprout and then they are dried and ready to eat. Apparently the sprouting process generates many nutrients. Give them a try, they are great!

In my early twenties i asked my mom why she didnt bring me back a Hawaiian T-shirt when they went there on Holiday. She said she thought it wasnt "cool", not by bag. It got me thinking. at what age is wearing Hawaiian shirts and flip flops acceptable?
