Same here. I've no idea why I don't sleep well and why I tend to fly off the fucking handle when the light turns red.

You don't need Xanax, you need an anti-depressant. Try Effexor or Lexapro, or Celexa.

Xanax is generally for short term anxiety and panic attacks. You need a long term solution, and one of those antidepressants will help you with anixety and depression.

Xanax is good for stress. When you feel like pulling your hair out, it'll knock the edge off. It helped me.

Speaking as someone who's dealt with depression & bipolar disorder for many years, & someone who's been on xanax (officially for awhile, recreationally for a longer while--long time ago)--I have to say I think xanax for a person who has depression problems is BAD fucking idea.

I can relate to the no-insurance problem, though. If you don't have insurance & aren't made of money, you have to fight tooth & nail to get any help at all. And a person in the throes of depression doesn't generally have the energy or the will to research options & fight for what they need.

At some point, if you're not there yet, this is gonna get out of control & you'll have some very serious problems.

Especially if he drops his kid on its head while fucked up. Yeah, he'll be laughing about it for a second until he realizes that HE DROPPED HIS KID ON THE FUCKING HEAD!
