I know he will be playing the post, but that doesn't make him good as a big man, or really even qualify as a big man. If a 5 star PG plays Center does that make it a quality addition?

Um you saying stupid remarks is what caused that. I've yet to call you a prick etc.

WTF are you talking about?? Donovan is still Patterson's #1 recruiter.

See now you're even back tracking on that. You SERIOUSLY have no basketball intellect about the school you're defending do you???

It is when you say stupid stuff (and if you wanna deny stupid stuff see above and below)

WOW!!! JUST FUCKING WOW!!! Watch the news man!! Donovan is staying at Florida and Kentucky has already got another guy!!!

Do you not have a television? Donovan has already announced he's staying at Florida so I wouldn't bank on Duke getting Patterson for that reason.

I don't know what Duke will have next year but the Heels will manage with just Wright leaving for the NBA. If Lawson would happen to go, that would be a major problem because neither Frasor nor Thomas could lead us. I still think Frasor should back up Ellington at the 2 spot.

Deon Thompson's offense will help out Hansbrough in the post but Wright's ability to get rebounds and weakside blocks will be missed on the defensive end. If Stepheson can evolve his game it will help the Heels a ton.

Losing R. Terry might be a good thing, he was either on fire or dreadful. If he was consistent he'd definately be in the NBA draft discussion but he was way too unpredictable.

I havent been home in a while i havent seen that Kentucky has signed anyone else sorry for the mistake. A five star pg playing C is a little different then a 6'8 SF that also played in the post in highschool playing PF. Singler is a physical player but also a finesse. He is the total package. From what i saw he can shoot the three but also use his strength and body to get inside and score. He is very good with finishing with contact. I have more intellect on Duke then you can imagine. I attend more of theirs and NC States games then you probably watch on t.v. I also talk to the Trainer and one assistant coach weekly. My knowledge of whats going on is pretty vast so dont assume on that. Dont question me on their big man... they will be weak there this year just because its going to be guy that are forced to play that position with it not being their main position but they will adjust and be fine. Their guards will make up for it.

Good points... Wright was a major loss because i for one actaully think he should have been up for player of the year. Longest arms ive ever seen and feel for the post was amazing. Deon Thompson came on strong late and will be an average post player. Frasor wasnt as good this year as he was last year but also lodged less played time. Ellington was also either on fire or killed you. Live by the three die by the three. Terry was a great guy and will be a loss. His aunt sais hes still going to try to play basketball somewhere. Good luck to Terry he was a good one. If lawson leaves which i hear he wont it will hurt because of his speed and ability to feed the ball. UNC will be good next year but it will once again become a rivalry instead of UNC mopping the floor with Duke. Duke is going to be just as strong as UNC next year maybe stronger.

Yet you miss something that is over every national television outlet about a coach that won the National championship. I think more than anything you've stepped in it and even the dookies here with WAAAAAAAAY WAAAAAAAY more knowledge than you aren't getting close to bailing your ass out.

Singer and that other kid are like 6'7 185 and 6'8 200.

That's not a "big man". Hansbrough is 6'9 245, Thompson is 6'8 245. And there's bigger guys out there than that. Have fun giving up a couple inches and 25-50lbs against every front court in the ACC.

Just because you're forced to play a position because your team lacks quality there doesn't mean you're a big man or whatever.

Hansbrough has also had a couple of seasons on a college campus going through college workouts and training. When he entered college he was only about 210. Once they get done with King and Singler they will be in the 230 to 240 range.

Are you saying that Hansbrough gained 35 years in 2 years?
