I've never been down there. Made Pinehurst last year...was it last year or the year before? Anyway, that was cool. And the Wachovia a couple times...it's cool when it counts as a workday. :coool:

I went in 86 to a practise round. Walked up and bought a ticket. Pretty sweet that was the year Jack roared back

NOGA- I went to the US Open 2 years ago in Pinehurst... I had dust boogers for two days. Please make it a point to get to Augusta- Pinehurst is a boring, ugly place compared to Augusta.

You can't compare the two.... But I do love the Wachovia.

Make sure you check out the driving range and putting green. I love watching them warm up. They will usually laugh and joke with you.

I have never been to a practice round at Agusta but have been to the Masters 3 times back in the late '80's. We played the Augusta Country Club in the mornings and then went into the Masters. It was cool to be playing the Country Club and looking thru the fence and watching them putting on 12 and teeing off of 13. My dad has played Augusta National I think 3 times.
