    I don't know if the actual plant does tours..... They have "The Chocolate Tour" thing at Hershey Park where they basically show you how they make chocolate. But you don't see the plant at all. Just some mechanical models and stuff.

    I think they used to let people tour the plant in Hershey before they built the ride they have now.
