UNC had a meltdown. couldnt hit shots. had plenty of looks and took some ill advised shots. its not the end of the world. they advanced farther than last year, so thats progress for a young team. plenty to work with next year.

Duke should have beaten VCU but you guys act like VCU was absolutely terrible or something. They took Pitt to overtime and almost made the Sweet 16. UNC got lucky in their rebuilding year last year with the ACC being down. The ACC this year was solid from 1 to 9 and State played a lot better Atsur came back. Carolina had a better conference record last year than they did in this year. If Duke's rebuilding year was last year i bet they go 23-8 to. Coach K just finished a string of 9 straight Sweet 16's and is the only coach to average 30 wins a season between 1996-1997 and 2005-2006. The game hasn't passed him by. That is only wishful thinking. If anyone is going into the tank it's Carolina after Dean left. Congratulations on making it to the Sweet 16 2 of the last 7 years. Massive chokejob by Roy. How hard is it to give the ball to Tyler Hansbrough and have him get fouled. He gets fouled all the time. Give it to Hansbrough and Wright and Thompson and UNC wins that game.

And Georgetown is not the better team. Their guardplay is far worse than UNC's. Hibbert would come off the bench at UNC. Sean Green is probably the only Georgetown player that would start at UNC this year. Brandon Wallace is a little bit better than Bobby Frasor

You know the Heels went undefeated in '57? About as relevant as all that crap you posted trying to justify why your team pulled an oh for the postseason.

Carolina choked the last 7 minutes of the game and on into OT. Throwing up threes when you are up by 10 is stupid. Congrats to the Hoya.

The ACC should be embarassed. The once great league is but a shadow of itself.
