well, people are entitled to their opinions no matter how stupid they really sound.

carowhina couldn't beat a zone, and they were tired at the end of the game to a team that played about 7 or 8 guys.

 

outscored 31-8 in last 8 minutes.

My God what a horrible example of coaching.

Roy has NEVER built a championship team. NEVER.

 

and those seven or eight were better than Carolina.

It's really pretty simple. The team that won today was the team that was supposed to win.

UNC choked. Or more appropriately, Roy got outcoached.

 

eh....he got em past the first round of 2 tournaments in March. Gotta be something said for a coach who is able to do that...hell even Sidney Lowe did that. You still want to talk about beating expectations?

 

Roy got outcoached. That's part of the game. But UNC didn't choke. Losing to a JV squad in the first round...that's a choke job for you. Losing to a double digit seed in your conference tournament...another shining example of a choke job. Which ACC coach led their team to those fates again?

 

Go get a coach that has done both 9 years in a row. Stick with Roy and get used to CHOKING.

 

If the coach that won those 9 in a row keeps showing the game has obviously passed him by like he did this March, he might be on the market pretty soon anyway....

 

The difference is Duke was rebuilding and UNC was supposed to be a team of Gods.

Your team of Gods just choked and your coach of the future is a choke artist.
