    I can somewhat understand why people are trying to be positive but the truth is the former coach quit and they followed with the worst season in a long time.

    I've bought into the optimism somewhat but stepping back I can't see how that was a good ride.

    I think that's true for a couple reasons:
    1-first year coach who took over late after Herb left for ASU
    2-Injury plagued team through much of the season
    3-Senior pt. guard playing hurt in post-season
    4-goofy red jacket

    Pack was a likable team in post-season, and could be more likable next season. Replacing Atsur won't be easy.

    I consider the two starters lost and how the current team would have done under Sendek's offense. Not very well, especially considering how much McCauley does not shoot from the outside.
