    You can't give us anything specific? Nothing to make the Board of Trustees at Duke University say, "Yes, we're proud Slydevl is an alumnus of Duke University because..."

    I support the university and athletic department financially. I have a vested stake in the perfomance and reputation of Duke because I put it on my resume and that name lets employees know the quality of the employee they are getting.

    I was invited to the recent Duke Football Summit because the athletic department cared about my opinion on the current state of Duke football.

    If I was say a coach or teacher or police officer obviously I wouldn't give a shit because it really wouldn't matter.

    Those are all good things. Would the athletic separtment survive without your support? I know Duke on a person's resume looks good, but looks really don't mean shit, now do they?
