    Then every school would be in trouble for this, such as when past players who play in the NBA are at a current game and talk with recruits about the school.

    Well at least schools that have NBA players which would include dook, sly is just being a flamer because he is bitter once again this year and he has nothing else to bitch about.

    I think it is general and complete ignorance of recruiting rules in place like this that gets Roy into trouble.

    It doesn't fucking matter if he asked him to or not dipshit. The buck stops at Roy when it comes to recruiting violations, and make no mistake, this is one.

    I'm sorry, where does Coach Williams come into this? Noe and Jawad Williams came from the same high school, which is coincidental. Does it mean Jawad is recruiting him? Absolutely not. Does it mean Coach Williams is putting Jawad up to doing this? Of course not.

    Besides, I believe there is an office in the athletics department called Compliance that addresses these issues with the student-athlete before they graduate, transfer, withdraw, or leave the program. So the chances of this happening are slim, if the student-athlete gives a damn about the program. Even if Jawad Williams DID talk to Noe, the reprecussions doesn't just stop at Coach Williams - It affects the entire basketball program, the athletics department, and all the way up to the university president.

    But UNCFever is right....You're just bitter that your six McDonalds' All-Americans laid an egg this year and that Gerald Henderson didn't fully incapacitate Tyler Hansbrough with that elbow. I mean who blocks a shot with their elbows anyways?!?

    You and Fever are right. I'm bitter that Duke couldn't go 8-20 in their down year. Instead they win 20 games and make the NCAAs as a 6 seed. Not too shabby. I'm also bitter that more people think Duke has a better chance of making it to the elite 8 than UNC.

    The buck stops at Roy. This is a secondary violation but a disturbing pattern of secondary violations is beginning to form around him.
