    I prefer Halfway-up-the-Mountain Style, where you cook it over indirect heat for 18 hours and finish it off in the microwave. much better than the At-the-Foot-of-the-Piedmont style, imhmfo

    I've seen alot of recipies that add sugar and the three Italian restaurants
    I've worked at all added sugar.

    I've had enough "country" spaghetti sauce that was sweet to add something else to cut the acid than sugar.

    save your stems and seeds and run 'em through a spice grinder. makes a great subsitute for oregano.
