NCSU wins the ACC tourney

 

wasted thread. No team has won all 4 games before. Doubt a team with a 30% starting point guard, and 6 guys can beat 12...but that's just me.

 

They played 9 today, had no offensive rebounds, committed 7 more turnovers, and shot 41% in 2nd the half. All the makings of a win.

 

I agree.

But the selection committee has to be sweating bullets.

 

Even if they don't it's gonna be tough to deny some of the ACC teams. 9 teams with 20+ wins.

Ha - that won't happen. Should knock the Holes out of a 1 seed though. They'll (UNC)get to play in Winston either way, I think.

 

Hoping State wins tomorrow but it won't happen. The 4 game thing is pretty worthless. The only teams that could have won 4 games for the first 50 years of the ACC were the 2 worst teams in the conference tourney which was usually Clemson vs. someone else who was really down and had to play in the play in game. Didn't the ACC have 8 for a while before FSU joined? I don't remember when SC dropped out and GT joined. The 2 previous years, and this year are the only years in which there was a fourth round where you could actually maybe see a team make a run. I miss having 9 teams though.

 

Klempson should be banned from the tournament for 5 years simply because of the choke job they turned in after a 17-0 start.

I could not agree with you more on that.DUKE does not deserve to make the big dance.Coach Suck need to call the committee and ask them to send DUKE to the NIT becuase if Duke make the big dance they very easy could go 1 and out but at the some time if DUKE make the NIT they might still go 1 and out.But at list Duke Crazy will fan we get to see DUKE play at home and lose in the NIT
