    Well, i fry my "grilled cheese sammichs" on an iron skillet. I guess its just one of those weird terms that just stuck. I never say "fried cheese sammiches".

    that's not frying, it's browning on a grill (as in flat top grill)

    you can't fry with butter, it will burn

    I guess people are just retarded. If anyone has ever seen her show, she cooks everything with an over abundant amount of butter, doesn't matter what it is.

    If I coat a mess of chicken with seasoned flour and cook it in a mess of butter in the fry pan, making that flour-coated skin golden-brown and krispy-like, have I made fried chicken?
