    QCB is OK. I just hate it when David Poole is on there...oh...and when Pacman says something...it isn't always funny. The guest hosts laugh like hyenas whenever he cracks a joke. 95% of the time it's NOT funny. I'd like a guest to go...OK, Packer...whatever.

    That's why they need a TBR Preps Show. It would be the highest rated, best demographics of any show they currently have.

    If ANY local radio station made a decent effort to put a sports radio program on they would blow Packman out of the water. He is spoon fed guest and is still horrible. I'd rather listen to the fabulous Sports Babe

    Hayseed was probably let go due to more WFNZ budget cuts. I think the last ratings book showed another (?) decline (mostly due to the Panthers sucky ass season).

    THE BOTTOM LINE: Geeez, wasn't it 10 years ago when WFNZ went on the air and was promising to be one day a 50,000 watt powerhouse (i.e. WFAN in NY, WEEI in Boston, etc.)? To me, it seems CBS Radio is only interested in extracting a decent profit margin from 5,000 watt WFNZ !!! I mean, how in 10 years can they not grab the Panthers and or Bobcats/Hornets broadcast rights? Packman makes the most money at the station, right? No wonder why they keep having to let people go (see Sandy Penner, TC from the Morning Sports Page). They will never be able to keep more talented people in this market if they don't fix that crappy ass signal (yeah, yeah they've tweaked it enough times over the years where a few more people can hear it, but that's it). I don't know why some other radio conglomerate just doesn't come into this mark, put up a decent signal with some good programming, and blow WFNZ's ass out of the water!!!!!
