    While I have eaten my weight in ribs over my life I am a dry rub kind of guy. The sauces are great but a mess. Sticky fingers makes a good rub

    Tried this method yesterday. Very good. A little time on the grill would have enhanced the taste.

    anywhere I lay my head I'm gonna call my home
    try a little honey/rock salt dissolved in warm water and then dump it in cider. I haven't tried it with ribs, but I've done tenderloin that way.
