    DC Ryan (can't remember whether its Rex or Rob) seems to have the D's respect. If the they can get a new QB, maybe Kiffin has a chance.

    I feel real sorry for that guy. He's 31 and doesn't stand a chance there. How is he going to hold his own agaist Davis and all the older coaches and players.? It's sad.

    fun irony. Monte works his life out as a defensive mind, never gets a shot. Lane gets the right hire in college, catches the eye of a formerly brilliant football man who's now a wildcard at best, and is a head coach now.

    Hope Ryan sticks for him. Maybe he'll at least have the contacts with a couple guys, like former USC staffer and Jags OC Carl Smith.

    Rumors are that Ryan (Rob) is staying put with the defense. We definately needed to get someone who had experience with the offense.
