i dont get to do yoga enought but i love it. if you dont like bouncing around with other types of workouts, yoga is great. it tones and stretches your muscles and is great for increasing body and breath awareness.

I would LOVE to learn yoga but up here in the sticks there isn't any place that teaches it!

Yeah I know.........but its not the same. I would like the actual time out of the house......getting together with friends. Besides if I had committed to paying for classes I know I would be more disciplined in going etc.

:icon16: Yoga's not for you then, it's about "an experience of oneness or union with your inner being (self)", not hanging out talking with friends, silly.

    Welcome, NC
Since I posted this, I'm down 10 lbs and have gained some muscle, been to the gym 4 times a week since January. I still allow myself 1 soft drink (not diet) per day. I was drinking 5-6 per day. I haven't had any french fries in over 3 months (my weakness).

10 more lbs and I will be able to get back in my 34 jeans from a 38. WOOHOO!!
