Beer can chicken....HELP!

    Haven't done this in a while. If I remember correctly, I marinate (inject or rub) the chicken. Shove the tall boy in the ass (after consuming 1/4 of it). Grill on the lowest setting.

    Forgot...

    How long does it take??? Gas grill?

    indirect heat until the meat starts pulling off the bones,, bout 180 degress in the thigh

    1 hour.

    you can also have your local Greek restaurant to sell you some of their greek seasoning(they usually have it for sale, the store stuff is crap) and liberally apply to the chicken, and then cook with the beer can method

    best chicken you can eat
