    Say I uncorked a bottle of red wine and only had a couple of glasses. Do I put the bottle in the fridge or just leave it on the counter?

    Go buy a vacuum sealer for wine bottles and it will keep for a long time.

    Sangioveses and brunellos are awesome. There's a place around Elkin trying to grow sangiovese, Raffaldini I think.

    I pretty much just stick with the Pinot Noir because I know I like it. What the hell else should I try? I've no interest in white wines. Just the reds.
