    I ordered one of those jalapeno melts at Wendy's and asked if they marinate the slices of pepper jack. the cashier shit herself.

    I want a different taste. Ricotta really has no taste to me and I'm not all crazy about the texture.

    I wouldn't dare make my lasagne without ricotta....My lasagne is personal culinary art....I'm afraid to try another recipe....maybe I'll try a different twist for my personal consumption, we'll see....thanx for the alternatives
