    I'm going to cook up some Lasagna at the end of the week. I usually use ricotta cheese, 2 cups but want to sub it out with something or use less of it. What can I sub it for?

    1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella. start marinating it now and it'll be ready by the end of the week.
