Say what you want, but nowhere did you ever indicate that you had a clue that Japanese players could become free agents. Your comments suggested that you believed they would come through the posting process indefinitely. Moreover, you're still ignoring vpkozel's point that media sources were the ones reporting that Matsuzaka would be a free agent next season.

I also like how you made the comment about Matsuzaka's advertising profits making up what Boston would have to pay him, but when I provided evidence that the Yankees make far less than you thought off of Matsui, you said nothing. vpkozel noted the information, but you didn't correct yourself. I didn't ask you to because it was a simple mistake and I'm not keeping count.
