    the best answer is developing a player. Which takes time. Buying a player better than a guy who, at his worst, was top 15, and at best was in Hawaii, is expensive as shit, as is cutting said player.

    in this case, it's close enough. I don't know how "first impression" and "opinion after four years" would be that closely related, since you certainly had not seen Delhomme before he got here.
