The stats I am showing show all 4 quarters, as well as all wins and losses. In my opinion, selective presentation of that data would be to show his second half stats only and only his performance in the losses.

Fair enough. It's far from the only statistical problem we've had. To restate, it ignores all the other problems and doesn't directly answer that.

Meat, Jake eluded to a broken thumb a couple years ago that held him out of practice, or at least he did not take any snaps, for that entire week.. He took snaps on gameday and played. With him not takling part in practice, he was on the list then. I do not know exactly which week it was, but I do remember that time. At least I did after he mentioned it.

In the early parts of our games we run the ball constantly and take very few risks. That is our conservative OC and head coach playing things close to the vest. When that almost invariably fails to win the game then we open things up and try to rally. That makes it much harder on a QB when he is playing from behind and has to force things. The opposing defense knows that we are going to pass n that situation. I bet if you look at any team that is struggling and you will find a similar by the quarter stat line.
