I swear the NCSU coaching job is almost funnier than the BBall job.

    What's funny about it?

Funny would be if the redneck fans wanted him or they were persuing him.

Actually I read it off Pack Pride, but think what you will. Regardless I'm providing SOMETHING to a College Football forum where as you simply come here to badmouth what others post. If its so fucking old why isn't it here? Why haven't you posted anything regarding it? Why bitch if you're too damned lazy to post it yourself?

always have players in trouble? Sorry, that's the one thing coker did well. If you actually look at the numbers instead of just going off what ESPN tells you to make their fight argument work, miami has one of the lowest player issue problems in football right now. Fuck, go look at tennessee or even ohio state or USC.

Miami is an attractive place because it has only made names out of almost every coach that went there. The talent is always there also. Miami doesn't need a big name like spurrier or stoops... or a overhyped coach like schiano who had one good year and supposedly is about to get 2 mill a year. A no name coach is fine as long as he can do the job. Hell, Gary Patterson is a cheaper Schiano who has four 10 win seasons at TCU. I'd wait until Schiano does that at rutgers before giving him the 2 mill a year he was hyped to get. Fuck him, he's more valuable to rutgers than almost any other program in america.

You posted it in an attempt to be inflammatory. Don't get upset when it works.

OK...maybe you're right. But Miami's reputation is HORRID. The first thing I think of when someone says Miami is Michael Irvin, Jeremy Shockey, and the term Thug U. Maybe they don't necessarily have worse trouble...but the public perception is this is a place full of thugs.

Fan base tends to be alumni...and the people that love that thug image. If you went there, you know what I'm talking about and you hate it. Good friend of mine's wife went there and she wishes they'd dump athletics. Thinks the thug image overpowers the fact that it's a good school...

    Miami Cocaines, Thug U...

Even FSU only had Free Shoes University as a nickname....Miami has 2!

Um no... and if you'd read I even stated in the first post that State isn't responsible for who contacts them. Hell I'd post if Vince McMahon said State was interesting, but I don't expect him to get the job. I guess if it was meant to be inflammatory it did work, because some State fans are whining like little bitches in here, but I didn't.
