there is no arguing that Huard was better this year

McNabb being hurt doesn't change the hypothetical situation of who you would rather have starting

But so has Romo. 1 year isn't enough for me.

It does when I state this:

He hasn't played well, but I dunno who I'd rather have that's currently starting -

:smash: lol..I guess I can't argue with the parameters you've set up to make Delhomme look better

fuck that, with romo on our team this year - we're twice the team we are with jake. romo can do everything we need jake to do that he can't. romo ain't horse poop. watch the shit he does. its not luck. he sure looks like the real deal. pulled it out when he needed to last night w/ huge plays, making throws after escaping pressure that jake couldn't make in a million years. jake never would have gotten away from the pressure.

Jake has caved under pressure. Badly.

The only reason I don't say 'definitely' is because Romo hasn't done it very long at all. Griese looked like the next Elway in 2000. Garcia the next Montana. I think if he were on our bench instead of Weinke, we may be seeing him. Instead, we have Weinke.

Man - remember how good our offense looked in that first drive of the first preseason game against Buffalo? :stooges:

My point was that there isn't alot of great QB play right now, and Jake is right in the middle of the mediocrity. It wouldn't much matter if we could run it, but we can't.

I think d-coordinators spent some time checking out that NFCC game. Either that or Delhomme just woke up in September and sucked.

    I'm actually dreading the game.

yeah, same with a guy like Huard. Tons of backups with tons of years under them look good for a short time with teams they've been with.

negating your usual bitchiness and irrationality, no, this isn't true. And Dallas is better coached and talented on offense than we are. And unless you've seen a bunch of secret games no one else has, the offense in general has not played well but supposedly they're going to spring to life because anyone else is under center?

Romo threw two stupid picks and almost threw the game away if the DB gets his hands around it.
