    Wide Receiver...don't know a ton about him. He just commited to the Gamecocks along with a 4* receiver Joseph Hills. We are expecting 4-5 more in the next week.

    Anyone know anything about him? (Jason Barnes)

    Barnes is tall, 6-4. hes been tearing it up through the playoffs(and all year)for the Big I. you can see him sat night at memorial stadium in the playoffs. Rice ,Mckinnley and him will be a nice trio. too bad Blake Mitchell sucks. maybe Smelley will be playing by then

    IMO Barnes is raw....nice size, decent speed, but the right coaching could make him a monster. The tools are there, they just need to be tinkered with.

    SC needs a QB, though IMO.....whatever happened to Tommy Beecher?\

    The jump to college was too big a gap for him IMO. Mitchell has been all world since regaining the starting position. Smelley (8th in the country coming out of high school) redshirted. Stephen Garcia is 5th coming out of high school this year and will commit to USC on Wednesday at his school.

    Also...Joseph Hills...6'4" athlete (16th in the country) commited along with Barnes. That puts USC @ #20...BEFORE Dion LeCorn, Stephen Garcia, Carlos Dunlap, and MARK Barnes. This'll be the highest rated class ever (for us!).
