    Gamble played well today, overall. Can you remember him getting beat, other than being an awful, awful human being on that non-tackle? I can't.

    That's him. He's never been that physical - he never will be. He'll always be a guy who can run downfield with any WR in the league but probably won't be the first guy in line to tackle someone bigger than him.

    pretty much.

    He's doing what he does best. He's staying with his man - Cooley play aside. He's had worse days than this, and though he could make a play on the ball a little more when he's not jumping the route, he's decent. He's not Deion Sanders, and he shouldn't be expected to be.

    But he should be able to make a fucking ankle tackle, or even better, just tackle.

    I suppose I was just hoping he could contribute in a hypothetical but plausible situation where Marshall is clearly the better option at corner.
