Seriously no shame in that loss. Paulus does suck though and it looks like any team with a speedy point guard and decent sized big men will give dook trouble. The big men aren't really a trouble point except for the fact it help to neutralize dook's size.

McRoberts didn't look confident down low at all late in the second half.

    Ball handling was atrocious.

Dook's got a good squad, when they have those 2 big guys in there at the same time, and some decent gaurd play, they might be tough, but I think depth may be an issue for them this year, and they'll need to address the PG spot, ASAP, maybe move that Scheyer kid around?? I was surprised to see them ranked 8th, testament to K's relentless fundamental practicing, don't you wish McRoberts could jump, he got stuffed by a gaurd last night. Tarheels have their first challenge this evening, hopefully I'll be done driving, and still alive.

Exactly. Marquette looks like a top 10 team, if not top 5, if they stay this way, they'll be in the Final Four, very impressive guard play along with great coaching.

Grid, you obviously haven't heard about the Big East teams taking huge dives at home to bad teams this year. Cincinnati losing to Wofford @ Cinci. What is that? ACC looks to be a LOT stronger than people thought. Maryland looks great and Georgia Tech has some outstanding freshmen who could be one and done. Marquette was being compared to Villanova of last year with great guard play and serviceable big men. I think the Marquette loss won't turn out to be a bad loss. Marquette has a great chance of winning the Big East this year and Duke is at the very beginning of the season. Duke has a lot of room for improvement, and that will come through experience (much like what happened to UNC last year)
