    hardest part is not fucking up the roux (the melted butter add flour part). make sure to cook it until it smells and looks like peanut butter...then add the milk, cold. and, dont skimp on the lobster meat...that's what will impress those you serve it to. :woohoo:

    Made it on Saturday. It was very good. Cooked it a little longer than 20 min since I use a glass dish to cook it. Also adding a little garlic to the sauce might give it a little more zing and add some Parm to the sauce might be good too.
