    Depends on what you are putting on top of it, if it's more carpet, just scrape it as good as you can with a floor scraper, and move on. If you plan on refinishing the concrete, or putting some sort of floating floor, or tile, I'd use some sort of chemical to strip up the remaining glue, then scrape with a floor scraper, (they sell them at the big box stores). I've installed a sh*t ton of floors.
