They also had a couple key injuries (McFadden didn't get to play much with his toe injury, Casey Dick who would have started QB had a back injury...) and Robert Johnson was starting QB that game. If they played at this point in the season Southern Cal would lose.

They've developed into a complete team.

Just to see what would happen, I'd like to see Auburn or LSU play one of these Big East teams. Auburn and LSU were absolutely killing each other when they played.

I guess we'll never know until there's a playoff system.

South Carolina would get waxed by Louisville.

They might, but they wouldn't finish any worse than third in the Big East.

Nah, I hate the SEC as well (I'm an NCSU fan--excuse me while I vomit thinking of Chuck)...I'm just saying the Big Least is WAAAAAY over-rated..if they do get into the title game against OSU, it'll be a bloodbath.

Tennessee has to go to Cal next year. Rutgers hasn´t played anyone except maybe Navy. The 5th best team in the conference is Tennessee or LSU this year, and both of them are solid teams. McFadden is incredibly disgusting, and Felix Jones is averaging a first down per carry. I think that the Top teams from every conference are pretty equal, but it´s the number of teams behind them that set the conference apart. Louisville could definitely go and beat Florida or USC, but no one is beating OSU this year, and Iowa sucks they lost to Indiana. Wisconsin is quietly playing a very good year though.

you serious Clark? who in the hell has been touting the Big East as anything more than the worst conference in the BCS? (fwimfw, the Big East is better than the ACC this year). Just sick of hearing how great the SEC is when they have shit at the bottom half of their league (maybe not as bad as the shit in the bottom half of the Big East, but shit nonetheless) and rarely if ever go on the road to play a decent (or not so decent for that matter) non-league opponent, save for those goofy "rivalry" games like GEorgia vs. Ga Tech.
