Fun game. I was hoping for an ACC borefest tonight but this one is pretty good.

Yep - think it's over now. Louisville and OSU in the NC game? If Michigan loses and Louisville and OSU win out. Looks pretty possible since Michigan plays at OSU the last game.

If a SEC team finishes with only 1 loss, they would play the Ohio State-Michigan winner for the National Championship. Even if Louisville runs the table as they should, they will need a lot of help to get a shot at the tittle.

right or wrong everything I've read or heard suggests that if the winner of this game goes undefeated they will play for the champiohship

If Louisville wins out they will be in the title game. This year's Big East is a lot better and Louisville would have wins over Rutgers (ranked #12 in BCS play), West Virginia (Will go to the BCS probably) and an 8 or 9 win Pitt team as well as a beat down of a pretty decent Miami team and a bowl eligible South Florida team. They will be #3 in the polls next week and will move up a ton in the computers since wins like South Florida look pretty good on paper. The Big East is a lot better than last year and even if Tennessee, AU or Florida go undefeated I don't see them going. Especially with Florida State going 4-4, UF doesn't have the big out of conference game it hoped for.

Louisville still has to play Rutgers. Louisville's annual meltdown vs. the nothing-to-lose Rutgers? Tough call.
