    Yes BACK in the day when you didn't have taste buds and you just wanted a buzz.
    So was Boone's Farm actually concered a "cooler"? I remember it came in a regular size bottle, twist off top, didn't read anything but the flavor.

    It wasn't a cooler. Marketed as wine...but VERY weak shit. Like 7.5% or something. I remember always slamming 2 bottles before we'd go out...in 1989.

    I never realized it was weak either, but I was drinking it when I was like 18 and wanted something that tasted like punch, and it did. I'm not a wine snob, but thank the Lord, my wine taste has improved. I can't stand any kind of wine cooler. Not even in a pinch.

    We used to peel the labels off that sun country shit and drink it in front of our parents when I was 12. looked like mountain dew.
