    Canadian bacon is always small and round. Tastes way better then ham on a pizza.

    They are different cuts. Bacon is from the sides, back or belly. Canadian and British bacon is mostly from the back and is not smoked while American bacon is from the belly and generally is smoked.

    Ham is...well it's from the ham.
