    who said anything about being undefeated? Dave said they'd be sub-500. there are maybe three teams in the SEC who would compete for a Big East championship.


    FWIMFW, the Big East is also far greater basketball conference than the ACC. That's depsite the ACC pirating the Big East in order to shape itself into a bonafide conference.

    Whats funny is that you are taking all the week oppoenents of the entire SEC and comparing it to the typical Big East schedule.

    typical or not, the Big East has two teams in the top 8 of the BCS standings and 2 in the top 6 of the AP poll. I beileve the latter takes into account schedule strength.

    And if you're saying that the SEC is stronger, top-to-bottom, than the Big East, you'll get no argument here. I never claimed otherwise. Rather, I said a Big East team will play for a national title.

    and I know you know why I started this thread in the first place.
