    If it's anything like some of the other shit you drink, just piss in a carboy and throw in some yeast.

    Same directions, just use ale yeast.

    If these are serious questions, I am sure that you can find someone who has invented a recipe for them.

    brewed a pumpkin ale before? I'm firing one up this week. The outdoor burner's back at the JP/Lincoln food storage facility for the time being so I'm going to have to put it on the stove, but I'm looking forward to it.

    So speaking of that, I've read that some people have tried using a porter base and adding roast pumpkin, which is interesting. There was also one place up in Alaska that brewed a few batches of an imperial, based on a chocolate porter, that they added pumpkin with - an imperial chocolate pumpkin porter. That's gotta be odd. Either way, after this batch, might play with a porter base and see what that tastes like.

    I've never brewed a pumpkin - never really had the interest in doing one, so I don't really know of any recipes.

    You need to do a cider. It's ridiculously easy and this is the perfect time of year for drinking them.

    one of my favorite seasonals.

    edit - btw, I'll try a cider soon. I was thinking spring, unfortunately, but maybe we'll crank one out.
